Staff Experience, Human Resources<\/p><p>Missy joined WFU and the PDC\/HR team in June 2019. Her expertise is in learning &amp; development, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Prior to joining WFU, she was employed in the private business sector and has over 20 years of experience in the human resource function. In her most recent role as Director of Human Resources, Missy focused on ensuring all employees were educated on the technology and staffing changes faced within the organization. She was also instrumental in implementing a new learning management system, performance management system and a leadership development program. Tracy is a certified Microsoft Office Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Guilford College, a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University and a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Wake Forest University. When she is not learning more about, talking about or teaching Excel, Tracy enjoys photography and spending time with her wife, son, family and friends. She has a younger brother and sister. She holds a BA in French from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, an MS Ed. in Adult and General Education from Elmira College, and an MA in Liberal Arts Studies from Wake Forest University.
